THIS IS NOT A DRILL. Following his huge world tour announcement today, Grammy & BET Nominated hip-hop pacesetter ScHoolboy Q will play Newcastle’s THIS THAT this November.

Breaking out with album Oxymoron featuring singles ‘Man of the Year’, ‘Collard Greens’ & ‘Break the Bank’, ScHoolboy Q is now a household name among hip-hop fans across the globe. He also regularly features on tracks with big names including Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Drake & A$AP Rocky. Performing tracks from his brand new Blank Face LP released on Friday, the LA based rapper brings his critically acclaimed show to Newcastle for his only Australian festival appearance in 2016.

This impressive international guest is accompanied at THIS THAT by the remainder of the line-up – to be revealed on Tuesday August 2. Selling out in its first year, THIS THAT returns to the Newcastle Foreshore on Saturday November 5, supported by triple j. Also new for 2016 is a backstage competition for a lucky winner to get up-close and personal to all the action. The festival’s first ticket buyers have the chance to win access by entering here.
