TARA SIMMONS RELEASES NEW SINGLE + NEW VIDEO

Don’t be alarmed if you switch on the radio this Summer and hear a banging new single from Tara Simmons, sounding a little different than perhaps what you were used to from this Brisbane musician. The single is called ‘Be Gone’ and represents a wide-eyed, sonic and visual direction-change for the young singer who is currently polishing off work on her second album (due for release in the first quarter of 2012). Ball Park Music unleash debut video

After last night’s rather impressive sell-out show at the Troubadour (Brisbane), it would seem Brisbane’s fresh-faced Ball Park Music are on somewhat of a roll. The show was in aid of the launch of the single ‘Sea Strangers (I Don’t Really Know You)’ and its accompanying video. The song has already managed iTunes Single of the Week and is a taste of a forthcoming EP to be released sometime very soon.
