BIG STRONG BRUTE CHANNELS NAPOLEON DYNAMITE IN NEW VIDEO

  They say the trick to nailing a great music video is quite simply to stumble upon an idea and work towards something that enhances the song that it's providing a visual for, preferably not vice versa. Brisbane's Big Strong Brute has stumbled upon this idea, enlisted a mate to film it and released a video for his latest single 'Wait', a DIY affair capturing Dancing In The Dark-circa Springsteen via Napoleon Dynamite dance moves, a brief dachshund cameo and an utterly charming negligence of actual choreography. RED DEER MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVAL LINEUP ANNOUNCEMENT AND TICKETS ON SALE NEXT FRIDAY

It's back! After a one year hiatus, Brisbane's own boutique, BYO and camping festival, Red Deer Festival returns, stronger and better than ever in on Saturday October 3, 2015. Dropping the full lineup announcement at 8am next Friday, Red Deer follows the tradition upheld in previous years with tickets going on sale at the same time. With festival tickets selling out in 2012 and 2013, keen ticket holders are advised to be poised and ready. Situated in a natural ampitheatre beneath the pristine D'Aguilar range in the Samford Valley just outside of Brisbane, Red Deer Fest is one of a kind. Every year since its inception the team have pushed the festival experience further, playing host to acts including Regurgitator, The Grates, Kingswood, Clare Bowditch and The Kite String Tangle. With a cap of just 1,200 punters, Red Deer Festival has forged a name for itself as an intimate and unforgettable event. It's back!
