BRISBANE NANNA NIGHTS – OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER ANNOUNCE

September 30th, 2011 | By

Brisbane Nanna Nights continue to be a brilliant mid-week drawcard for those looking for low-key fun, live entertainment and an opportune meeting destination for dinner or even just drinks. Following a 2011 brimming with highlights, the line-up announcement for October and November is set to generate many more.

In the next couple of months you can see live, stripped back sets from a star-swollen list of Brisbane greats – We All Want To, Rattlehand, Sue Ray and Drawn from Bees cover October while The Jungle Giants, Lucy Star Satellite, Numbers Radio, The Good Ship and Inland Sea take proceedings to the end of November.

The last couple of months with Nanna have definitely made a memory or two – be it Ben Salter’s jaw-dropping duet with Texas Tea’s Kate Jacobson on ‘Bring It Home To Me’ at the official launch or The Boat People’s James O’Brien rendition of his band’s ‘Under The Water’ with guitarist Charles Dugan and a guest backing vocal from Kate Miller-Heidke. It’s that kind of environment.
