Tara Simmons plays Powerhouse

While it may seem that Brisbane musician Tara Simmons has been a little quiet of late, behind the scenes it’s utter madness.  Tara has been locked in her home studio with co-producer and band member Briony Luttrell putting together songs for Tara’s debut album.

Playing with her full band, Tara will perform a variety of material – new and old – when she takes the stage on the Turbine Platform at Brisbane’s Powerhouse for the excellent Livespark series Sunday, September 14.

Playing with her on the day will be singer/songwriter Andrew Kennedy who will also be launching his brand new EP.
